മെര്‍സിഡസ് ബെന്‍സിന് കേരളം മികച്ച വിപണി;പുതിയ പതിപ്പ് ജനുവരിയില്‍ : സന്തോഷ് അയ്യര്‍

തിരുവനന്തപുരം:കേരളം മെഴ്‌സിഡസ് ബെന്‍സിന്റെ ഏറ്റവും വേഗത്തില്‍ വളരുന്ന വിപണിയാണെന്നും ഇലക്ട്രിക് വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് കേരളത്തില്‍ മികച്ച പ്രതികരണമാണ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതെന്നും മെഴ്‌സിഡസ് ബെന്‍സ് ഇന്ത്യ മാനേജിങ് ഡയറക്ടറും സി.ഇ.ഒ.യുമായ സന്തോഷ് അയ്യര്‍.

കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം രാജ്യത്താകമാനം പത്തുശതമാനം വളര്‍ച്ച കൈവരിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ കേരളത്തില്‍ ബെന്‍സിന്റെ വളര്‍ച്ച 18 ശതമാനമായിരുന്നു. ബെന്‍സ് രാജ്യത്ത് വില്‍ക്കുന്ന കാറുകളില്‍ അഞ്ചു ശതമാനം കേരളത്തിലാണ്.കേരളത്തിനു പുറത്ത് ഇലക്ട്രിക് വാഹനങ്ങളോട് വലിയ താത്പര്യം ഉപഭോക്താക്കള്‍ കാട്ടിത്തുടങ്ങിയിട്ടില്ല. എന്നാല്‍, കേരളത്തിലെ അനുഭവം മറിച്ചാണ്. ഇലക്ട്രിക് വാഹനങ്ങളില്‍ രാജ്യത്ത് ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനത്ത് കേരളമാണ്. ആകെ വിറ്റ വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ 12% ഇ വി ആണ്. ദേശീയ ശരാശരിയുടെ ഇരട്ടി. സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് 300ലധികം ഇ വി ചാര്‍ജിംഗ് സ്‌റ്റേഷനുകള്‍ നിലവില്‍ ഉണ്ട്. ഇ വി റജിസ്‌ട്രേഷന്‍ ഫീസ് ഒഴിവാക്കല്‍, റോഡ് നികുതി ഇളവ്, ടോള്‍ ഫീസ് ഒഴിവാക്കല്‍ എന്നിവ ഇ വി വിപണി വളര്‍ച്ചയ്‌ക്ക് ചാലകമായി. സന്തോഷ് അയ്യര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.

സംസ്ഥാനത്തുള്ള മെര്‍സിഡസ്‌ബെന്‍സ് വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണം 11,600 ത്തിലധികമാണ്. പ്രവാസികള്‍, ബാങ്കര്‍മാര്‍, ഡോക്ടര്‍മാര്‍, വ്യവസായികള്‍ എന്നിവരാണ് പ്രധാന ഉപഭോക്താക്കള്‍. തൃശൂര്‍, തിരുവനന്തപുരം, പാലക്കാട്, കോട്ടയം എന്നീ ജില്ലകളിലാണ് കൂടുതല്‍ വിപണി. 2024ല്‍ കേരളത്തില്‍ 25 കോടി നിക്ഷേപം നടത്തി. 2024ല്‍ 14 പുതിയ മോഡലുകളും അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു.
അടുത്ത വര്‍ഷവും വിപണിയില്‍ വലിയ പ്രതീക്ഷയാണുള്ളതെന്ന് സന്തോഷ് അയ്യര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.  ഇ ക്യൂ സാങ്കേതികതയോടെ ജി 580 , ഇ ക്യൂ എസ്‌യുവി 450 എന്നീ മോഡലുകള്‍ ജനുവരിയില്‍ പുറത്തിറങ്ങും.അന്താരാഷ്‌ട്ര തലത്തിൽ EQG എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന വാഹനം ജി ക്ലാസ് പ്ലാറ്റ്‌ഫോമിനെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ളതാണ്

ഫുൾ ചാർജിൽ 473 കിലോമീറ്റർ വരെ സഞ്ചരിക്കാവുന്ന ക്വാഡ്-മോട്ടോർ ഓൾ-വീൽ ഡ്രൈവ് പവർട്രെയിൻ ഫീച്ചർ ചെയ്യുന്ന വാഹനം ജി ക്ലാസിന്റെ ഇലക്‌ട്രിക് പതിപ്പാണ്. ജി ക്ലാസിന്റെ അതേ ഘടന നിലനിർത്തിക്കൊണ്ടാണ് G580 ഡിസൈൻ ചെയ്‌തിരിക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ ഇലക്ട്രിക് എഞ്ചിനിലാണ് പുതിയ മോഡൽ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുക. ഓഫ്-റോഡ് വിസിബിലിറ്റിയും 360-ഡിഗ്രി ക്യാമറയുമായാണ് ഇലക്ട്രിക് എസ്‌യുവി വരുന്നത്. 32 മിനിറ്റിനുള്ളിൽ 10 മുതൽ 80 ശതമാനം ചാർജ്ജ് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കുന്ന ലിഥിയം-അയൺ ബാറ്ററിയാണ് വാഹനത്തിൽ ഘടിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.

360 ഡിഗ്രി കറങ്ങാൻ സാധിക്കുന്ന ടാങ്ക് ടേൺ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ജി-ടേൺ എന്ന ഫീച്ചറും വാഹനത്തിലുണ്ട്. ജി ക്ലാസുമായി താരതമ്യം ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ G580 ഇവിയുടെ ഡിസൈനിൽ ചെറിയ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ മാത്രമാണ് വരുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ക്ലാഡിംഗിലും ബമ്പറുകളിലും ചെറിയ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ വരുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ബൂട്ടിലെ സ്‌പെയർ വീലിന് പകരം G580 ഇവിയിൽ ചതുരാകൃതിയിലുള്ള സ്റ്റോറേജ് ബോക്‌സ് സ്ഥാപിക്കാനുമാകും. ചാർജിങ് കേബിളുകളും മറ്റും ഇതിൽ സൂക്ഷിക്കാം.

മെഴ്‌സിഡസ് ബെന്‍സ്, ബാര്‍ട്ടണ്‍ ഹില്‍ ഗവ. എന്‍ജിനിയറിങ് കോളേജുമായി സഹകരിച്ചു നടത്തുന്ന ഒരു വര്‍ഷത്തെ മെക്കാട്രോണിക്‌സ് അഡ്വാന്‍സ്ഡ് ഡിപ്ലോമ കോഴ്‌സിനോടുള്ള പ്രതികരണം മികച്ചതാണ്. 20 സീറ്റ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത് 40 സീറ്റായു ഉയര്‍ത്തി. ഇനിയും സീറ്റ് ഉയര്‍ത്തേമ്ടിവരും. പഠിച്ചിറങ്ങിയ എല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും ജോലിനല്‍കാനായി

ചെലവു കുറഞ്ഞ വാഹനം എന്നതിനെക്കാളുപരി ആഡംബരസൗകര്യങ്ങളുള്ള വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ ന്യായമായ വിലയ്‌ക്ക് വിപണിയില്‍ ലഭ്യമാക്കുകയെന്നതാണ് ബെന്‍സ് ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നതെന്ന് സന്തോഷ് അയ്യര്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി
